An Analytical Framework for Error Propagation Effects in Multiprocess Manufacturing

چکیده

Analysis of multisource errors accompanying process execution and study the propagation effects corresponding multiprocess manufacturing are basic prerequisites for optimizing generation improving quality product. This paper proposes an analytical framework error in manufacturing, which completely covers source analysis, mathematical calculation accumulation, description effects, can provide better support traceability, monitoring, dissipation production. First all, establish state model into features level, analyze type error, its mode action when executing operation; second, accumulation based on space equation is established, so as to realize analysis propagation; finally, link graph matrix influence established further reveal scope path influence. In this section case study, a plate cover part had been taken example, was analyzed, these values obtained by transition theory. On basis, were used explicitly describe during example part. The illustrated proposed could calculate visually showed effectiveness feasibility method framework.
